Led the mechanical design, CAD development, and system integration of an insect capturing device, creating creative solutions, and validated with professional beekeeper field testing.
Designed a custom USB device for volume and media control, featuring a magnetic quick-release mount for both monitor mounting and desk use.
Designed and iterated CNC-manufactured test fixtures to test safety syringes, applying exact constraint theory and GD&T to meet tight tolerance and clearance requirements.
Designed a magnetic mounting fixture for calibration of a machine vision camera, enabling tool-free installation while maintaining positional repeatability.
Redesigned an outdoor grill/oven smoke box handle to reduce surface temperatures, successfully shipping on both the Ninja Outdoor Oven and Ninja Outdoor Grill XL appliances.
Minimized uneven cooking in the Ninja Combi multicooker through rapid prototyping and testing, adding cavity geometry and heating element shape changes that shipped in the final product.
